Princess Rosethorn









This build is one of Toronto’s first Net Zero Ready homes. It is a rare fusion of modern luxury, timeless elegance, and sustainable design of over 4000 square feet of living space and two units. The main level combines the kitchen with the living room and has a soaring 12 foot ceiling height.
The house has one bedroom on the main level, three upstairs and two in the basement and a total of 5 baths.
The City of Toronto conducted an interview at the house to help promote this level of building standard which they hope will be implemented in all new building within the next decade. See below to watch the interview.
The Junction




The plans are underway for this 6-plex build in The Junction, hopefully beginning construction this summer. This will be a high-performance home building with traditional architectural features combined with modern building standards.
With 5200 square feet for the whole building there will be a mixture of one and three bedroom units ranging from 600 square feet to 1250 square feet.
