Multiplex Conversions
The City of Toronto has made big changes to residential zoning! You can now convert your single family home into a multiplex without the need to rezone your property or have your neighbours approval. Take your home to the next level and add another level or two, reconfigure the layout and convert it into multiple units – up to six units – “as of right”.
The goal by the city is to bring more density into Toronto’s wonderful neighbourhoods. This will allow renters to live in their neighbourhood of choice – once dominated with single family homes.

Our Next Multiplex Project
We recently have acquired our next multiplex project located at 336 Pacific Ave. The plan is in action to build six units on this 27×109 lot in the heart of the Junction. This being a corner lot makes it ideal for room configuration, sunlight into the unit and having separate entrances. More info to come…
